Zerithun Kassahun is currently the director of Natanim consultancy and training plc. She graduated from psychology departments at the university of Addis Ababa in counseling psychology. She has over thirteen years’ experience on working with people who experiencing and witnessing traumatic situations. She has been active in the field of training and counseling, focusing on psychosocial problems, mental health, childhood development, child abuse, parenting skills and marriage and relationships issues. Zerithun has also conducted research in area of psychological and sociological problems. Her passion is helping struggling adolescents and young adults. “Her vision is people with mental health and psychological problem get utmost quality of treatment they deserve and the society to see mental health and psychological problem as like others health issues and stop stigma and discrimination”.

Fikirte Tarekegn is one of the founders of Natanim very passionate psychologist with BA degree in Psychology and MA in counseling psychology; had 13 years of practical experience in the professional arena of psychosocial support and she has an experience of working in different settings like refugee, abused and traumatized children, children in foster care, school, court, adoption, physical rehabilitation and women empowerment programs. she did psychosocial program set up in refuge, transition home and school settings. She has a massive experience in preparing and providing training on different psychosocial issues; She also did individual, group and family therapies and use different counseling techniques with the training she had in school as well as honored different certificate in CBT, trauma focused CBT, EMDR, child specialty EMDR, Gestalt, play and drama therapy in short term trainings. she had an experience of working in different position like psychologist, counselor, psychosocial officer as well as psychosocial coordinator. Her motto is “be there for the needy”

Betsegaw Endalew works as a Program Manager at Nathanim Consultancy and Training PLC. He is largely responsible for the company’s vision, mission, and values development, as well as strategic design, monitoring and evaluation, and other related activities. Betsegaw’s educational background is economics; and he has worked in a variety of organizations, ranging from facilitator to manager positions. World Vision Ethiopia, Mennonite Economic Development Associates, and Endalew Aniley General Contractor were his major employers; in addition to employment, Betsegaw is a specialist and leader in personal business initiatives such as cafés, business and development consultancy, and Internet-related businesses. He has considerable expertise in project and program design, monitoring, evaluation, grant and business proposal development, assessment and research development, value chain analysis, and financial services, additional with other expertise he holds. Finally, he has also extensive field experience in Ethiopia, having worked in a variety of locations.

Tigist Wubeshet is currently the Finance and Administration Department Head of Natanim consultancy and training plc. She graduated accounting degree from Unit university at Nazareth and She graduated Business Administration Masters from Ashland University, USA and Lead star college, Ethiopia at Addis Ababa. She has over fifteen years of experience in accounting related jobs in different organizations with good efficiency she is also a certified accountant (Authorizing Accountant).

Melat Assegid is a psychologist at Natanim Consultancy and Training PLC. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychiatric Nursing from the University of Gondar in 2018 before earning a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Addis Abeba University in 2022. She has held internships as a psychologist and psychiatric nurse in a variety of settings, including Amanuel Hospital, IFSO (Integrated Family Service Organization), and Missionaries of Charity St. Mother Theresa. She has also previously worked as a Training Coordinator at Texas International Study Center.

Bemihiret Kibre is a psychologist at Natanim Consultancy and Training PLC. She has got a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Addis Ababa University in 2021. As an intern, she has previously worked as a coordinator in saved to save humanitarian organization and also worked as a volunteer in Awde Ethiopia.

Tizitawork Enkubahiry is currently working as a social worker in Natanim Constancy and Training PLC. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Gondar University in 2011 and his master’s degree in developmental psychology from Addis Abeba University in 2017. He worked as a volunteer at Erk Maed, Care Epilepsy, and Salam Consulting Service. Along with these charitable activities, he also engaged on private businesses.
